How did they manage to do it? How could they be so consistently quick? Many were starting to raise the ugly allegations of cheating (including yours truly). Well the proof is in, resulting in disqualifications for both cars and loss of all points.

Jimmie Johnson won a wild and wooly Pocono 500, ending the race under caution for two blown engines and two blown tempers. The blown engines belonged to Dale Jarrett and Jeff Burton while the tembers belonged to Matt Kenseth and Kevin Harvick.
Schumacher, Two Stop Wonder!

Not Ralf, Michael Schumacher wins the Canadian Grand Prix with a near faultless drive and a flawless two stop strategy. Brother Ralf appeared to have the faster car and made my eyes pop when he managed to stretch his first stint to 12 laps. With his blazing pole time, I don’t think anyone expected him to get beyond 8 laps. All for naught as the boys from Maranello came up with the winning effort.

Racing teams from the American Le Mans Series won three of the four classes of competition in the 72nd running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans that ended Sunday afternoon at the Circuit de La Sarthe in France.

Tony Kanaan took the checkered flag under the lights at Texas Motor Speedway to pick up his second victory of the season and continue Andretti Green Racing”s domination of the 2004 IndyCar Series season. Kanaan clearly had the best car of the field and survived a typically wild TMS race to finish just ahead of teammate Dario Franchitti, giving Andretti Green its second 1-2 finish of the season.
