Barrichello Wins Inaugural Chinese GP

Rubens Barrichello locked in second place in the drivers championship today by winning the Inaugural Chinese Grand Prix at the brand new Shanghai International Circuit. Jenson Button extended BAR’s lead over Renault for second in the constructors championship by coming in second. McLaren’s Kimi Raikkonen finished in third. This was only the second race the Finn has managed to complete in five races showing that when he has the car to do well…he can.

In a rare treat, Michael Schumacher inexplicably spun out on his qualifying lap and will start from second-to-last position on the grid.
