Wow, Tony Schumacher is suddenly all over this season like flames on a Friday night qualifying round: 4.486 seconds at 326.48 mph, the quickest pass in Sonoma track history and he’s holding his seventh Top Fuel low qualifier position for this season. Records fell right and left during qualifying at the Fram-Autolite NHRA Nationals at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma CA, including Greg Anderson’s fastest pass in history: 6.631 at 207.82 mph.

A Personal Note

Life comes at us fast and sometimes we dont take the time to acknowledge the special moments in our lives when they are right there in front of us. To many times it requires an unfortunate event to trigger those reponses in our emotional patterns. I mention this in regards to a long time rival and friend of my fathers’ in the funny car ranks who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
