The ESPN2 telecast of the Schuck’s Auto Supply Nationals in Seattle this past weekend there were numerous references to the ‘Countdown to the Championship’. The main discussions and mentions surrounded who is in and who is in jeopardy of missing the cut. That got me to thinking… could the fans attending and watching the remaining races up until Indy get cheated by this new playoff format?
