Oliver Jarvis Returns to Site of First Win To Pace the A1GP Field
A1 Team Great Britain’s Oliver Jarvis set fastest lap in Friday afternoon practice to lead the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport field into Saturday’s A1GP Mexico City qualifying round.
The Brit’s first victory came only one year ago on the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez circuit, which has been shortened slightly for this year’s competition.

Jarvis bumped championship points leader Neel Jani of Switzerland off the top spot with only fifteen minutes left in the PM session.
In morning rookie practice, Italy’s Davide Rigon set the fastest mark in his first outing aboard the blue and white Lola/Ferrari entry of his native country.
The A1GP Sprint and Features Races are on tap for Sunday (March 16th) at 11AM and 3PM local time in Mexico City.
