USA’s Buddy Rice Brings Home 13th-Place Result
Oliver Jarvis won the A1GP Zandvoort Feature race on Sunday (September 30th), employing an early pit strategy that put South Africa’s Adrian Zaugg in the rearview mirrors to stay.

The win was Jarvis’ second of his A1GP career. He won the Mexican A1GP Feature in March of this year as Britain pursued the World Cup of Motorsport in the 2006/07 season.
A1 Team USA’s Buddy Rice moved from nineteenth on the starting grid (the result of a last-place finish in the Sprint race) to thirteenth.
Most significantly for Rice, his fastest laps came near the end of the Feature race as he became more familiar with the A1GP Lola/Zytec and the twisty, hilly circuit on the Dutch seacoast.
A1 Team RSA retains the lead in the championsip points race, followed by Britain and France.
A1GP travels in two weeks (October 12th-14th) to Brno, Czechoslovakia for round two of the 2007/08 season.
