David Lamm was always interested in mainstream sports like football and baseball, but once he landed a job with the National Hot Rod Association that all changed. Still an avid fan of all sports, Dave started working for the NHRA in 1999 in the media relations department assisting the local and national media covering the sport of drag racing. During his five years working for the NHRA Dave traveled to the majority of the races each year and became acquainted with the drivers, crew chiefs and team owners competing every week in the NHRA.Prior to working for the NHRA, Dave spent 4 ½ years in Oklahoma working in radio as a sports announcer. He currently works for an internet marketing firm in Southern California. A native of California, Dave, his wife Ann and daughter Avery currently live in Orange, Calif.
