Am I the guy who was hoping to see Paul Tracy in F1? Well, apparently Paul may be applying his famous chrome horn in a series more suited to his style of driving!

As expected, CART will be severely reviewing next years schedule and cutting back on “non-profitable” races for ‘04. In CARTS definition, what is a profitable race?

Save Mid-Ohio!

As a fan of road course racing you have to love places like Mid-Ohio, Laguna Seca, and Road America in Wisconsin. Fans have circulated petitions to save the Mid-Ohio race next year.
As admirable as the fans sentiments are, I think CART will be busy trying to save the series besides the venue at Mid-Ohio!

Ryan Hunter-Reay has the boys all fired up at American Spirit Team Johansson. Hunter-Reay is the first American rookie to claim a podium since Eddie Cheever did it in Toronto in 1990.
Future of Tracy and CART

With his brilliant performance this year Paul Tracy may be setting himself up for a possible F1 ride next season, after CART disappears into financial chaos.
Wouldn’t you love to see Tracy on the same track with Ralf and the other whiners of F!? Imagine Paul giving the “Chrome Horn” to some back marker not willing to move over. That would generate some excitement!

Players team mates Tracy and Carpentier take 1-2 at Mid-Ohio. What a shame that team Players is being forced out of the sport. Surprise finish of the race is Ryan Hunter-Reay, starting from the 2nd slot and finishing third.
