#8 Bentley has battery problem

Finally a weakness, the #8 Bentley has a long pitstop in which they had to change a battery. Bentley’s #7 & #8 still running first and second respectively. Champion Racing Audi a distant third.

Check out positions 20-25, the 550 Maranello’s and C5 Vette’s are less than 5 seconds apart. Should make for some tight competition if the Ferrari’s can last…..and that IS the name of the game, ain’t it!

Wouldn’t it be nice for old guys like me to see a front driver like the Panoz at least do well in the race? And ANYBODY, please, do in the Vette’s this year. A Ferrari win would be the capstone to a superb decade of racing.

Danica Patrick Joins Prodrive Ferrari Team

The talented young American woman driver Dancia Patrick will be taking her first foray into a headliner series with Prodive in ALMS. While I try not to objectify women, sometimes it’s hard to respect her strictly for her skills as a driver. ;)
