Bourdais Wins Portland

Pole sitter Sebastien Bourdais held off his Newman/Haas teammate Bruno Junqueira through three starts to win the Champ Car Grand Prix of Portland. Bourdais led all but six laps of the 94 race laps. The laps that Sebastien didn’t lead were led by current champion Paul Tracy who finished the day where he started, in third place.
