Will Power Fastest On First Day In Zolder, Belgium
Written by Scott Keller · August 24, 2007
In case you didn’t know, Champ Car is in Europe for a swing of two races. They kicked off the weekend today, and Will Power showed the way.
You might notice a very important drive from Belgium that did not post a time: Jan Heyelen. He and several others sat out the session after some sort of incident that involved Dan Clarke. It is hard to say what happened yet, because I have not seen any footage. Conquest Racing has a statement below about the incident. But first, here are the results of today’s session with only 13 cars posting times.
