Hey! Who’s the new kid posting on the site? Welcome aboard Marc, now if we only had TV coverage of this here new fangled A1GP business, maybe we all could get into it. (Sigh), I guess we’ll just have to count on your postings until then!

    YOO-WHOoooo, I’m a kid again!!

Can I get my 56 Chevey back? Before it went on its lid?

You have to get that new fangled DirectTV to view A1GP George.

Although Sheikh Maktoum announced Friday he was on the verge of signing a “North American” TV network, whatever that means.

Maybe not much, I doubt if Direct would allow any other competition.

    George I forgot to add:

I’m honored to be beside such illustrious company.

There… is that enough to get an autographed Area 51 cap from you?

Your both welcome to watch A1GP on the T.V at my place. Tin foil hats not required but suggested…..another Fosters?

Oh Marc, posting errors on “MOVEABLE TYPE” is my speciality, Josh is very patient.

Thanks Peter, I receive broadcasts of A1GP just fie here in the Philippines via Star Sports the Asian affiliate of ESPN.

As for the MT thing, I spent nearly two years on MT and finally sent it to the ashcan of history and moved to WordPress.

It’s much easier to customize and work with.

And BTW, if anyone wants to try out Wordpress for free and that includes free hosting sail over to wordpress.com.

They have opened it to the general public so if interested nows to time. Your url would be your-name.wordpress.com

Errrr, son! ‘Creme de la Creme’ is not a French phrase and was invented by The Times of London for its top secretary appointment page.

It certainly has nothing to do with fast things on four wheels.

Other than for top secretaries (yes, some of them do have big bulging headlights that may need firm suspension) it should mean nothing else.

Careful how you speed your ‘Matchbox’ racer now….

Well Proton you may be correct in the phrase’s origination but that matters little in the context I used the phrase.

A quick review of a thesaurus reviel the following.

Errrrmmm sorry, I don’t do Yankish. I would object to that list especially even worse terms like ‘beau monde’, ‘cultured class’, and ‘haut monde’! I think those wouldn’t get away anywhere on two legs!

No probs, mate! It’s not about right or wrong.

Are you French for ‘Mercedes’ by any chance?

    Cheers!

I’m a bit of a fast mover myself - rather than not owning a mighty fast racetrack specimen and discussing a great length about other people’s racing I like to do things ‘hands on’, yessireee!

This one I think is not beyond most of you:

    Rev on, wild things!

Got something to say?
