BAR Launch 2004 Car

BAR launched their 2004 challenger today in a low-key ceremony in Barcelona. BAR team boss David Richards has again promised that BAR will challenge the top three teams for race wins. While this type of tough talk is common place for press events, the likihood that they will be able to get past Renault in order to challenge the top three is slim…to none…but anything can happen…
