Jenson Flies At Jerez

Written by George Katinger · February 10, 2004

I know it’s only testing, but after reading Mika Hakkinen’s put down of Jenson it was satisfying to see the McLarens in 5th and 6th and Jenson on top. The way Kimi is now concerned about the cars set up and integration with the Mercedes power plant has me smiling. Come race day in Melbourne, watch all the sand baggers fly!

It’s an old game and both Ron and Frank knopw how to play it. Brawny is getting there but he’s just too sneaky to play by the rules.

BTW did I spot somewhere there’s a new American series starting up with Cosworth engines? Hope they don’t use the V10 or we could see the first race in history with no finishers!

Got something to say?
