FastMachines.com Radio Episode #31
Written by Josh Katinger · May 29, 2009
Chris and Josh wrap up the 2009 Indy 500 with the Indy blogging elite - Bill from PressDog.com and Jeff from MyNameIsIRL.com. We talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly from Indy including the Maro wreck, Danica’s excellent run, Tony and Vitor’s HARD crashes, and the poo that Robin Miller has stirred up over Tony George’s supposed ousting at IMS. We also check in on NASCAR with the bounce of Tony Eury Jr. from the 88 car, as well as some ALMS talk with Le Mans looming large next month. Have a listen and shoot us your comments - good, bad, or ugly.

This Episode’s Show Notes & Links
Here are some of the links we discussed in the show this week…
- The Indy 500 was a decent “event” - but a boring race - Bill’s race notes - Jeff’s race notes
- Robin Miller over at SpeedTV.com claims that Tony George is on his way out as head of IMS
- Tony George says “nuh uh!!!“
- Over in NASCAR another Tony, Eury Jr. that is, is definitely out as crew chief of the #88 car, but will remain at Hendrick Motorsports.
- Audi has chosen their lineup for LeMans - and Bailey rejoices.
- Josh may get an IndyCar team in his back yard - RAD! - but it would probably replace the ALMS team that’s already in his back yard - sad.
