Indy Pro Series Champion Alex Lloyd Joins Scot on AA Team Roster
Two Indy Racing League champions took home honors Saturday (January 12th) night as 2007 Indianapolis 500 and IndyCar Series champion Dario Franchitti and Indy Pro Series king Alex Lloyd were honored with fourteen other racers at the American Automobile Racing Writers and Broadcasters Association (AARWBA) annual banquet in Indianapolis.

Other notables on the All-American team, elected by the organizations press and media members, included Champ Car’s Sebastien Bourdais, drag racing’s Tony Schumacher, NASCAR champion Jimmy Johnson and ALMS regulars Jaime Melo and Mika Salo.
Franchitti won the coveted Jerry Titus Trophy for accumulating the greatest number of votes of all the nominees.
