The Target Chip Ganassi racers stormed to the front two spots on the grid by turning four laps at an average speed nearly half a mile per hour greater than third-place Danica Patrick.

In other Indy Racing League action, Raphael Matos put down the quickest lap in practice for qualifying on Sunday for the Firestone Indy Lights Series Kansas Lottery 100.

 AFS Andretti Green teammate Arie Luyendyk, Jr joins Rafa at the top of the timing and scoring sheet.
